Return and Refund Policy
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging intact
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs and make it right.
Refund Process:
• Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it and process the refund within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending anything back so we can assist with the process. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Non-returnable Items
• Custom-made, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Additional Notes:
• Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, unless they are defective
